Ron Oswanski, a Manhattan School of Music graduate, has performed with some of the most renowned musicians in jazz and contemporary music including: Maynard Ferguson’s Big Bop Nouveau, Blood Sweat and Tears, The Maria Schneider Orchestra, Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, Oz Noy, Myron Walden’s Countryfied, Tim Ries & The Rolling Stones Project, Jack Wilkins, Vic Juris, and with the Sheryl Bailey 3 for many years as well as leading his own projects on hammond b3, accordion, and keyboards. Active on the New York City jazz scene since 1992, Ron can be found in numerous cutting edge jazz clubs and concert venues.
Saxophone virtuoso Joel Frahm more than holds his own in showing both the chops and lyricism that has made him an irreplaceable part of so many sessions in his two decades on the world jazz scene. Joel has also worked with a vast array of musical peers and jazz legends including Maynard Ferguson, Betty Carter, Diane Shure, Larry Goldings, Dewey Redman, Lee Konitz, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Andrew Hill, Pat Martino, Ingrid Jensen, Dena, The Village Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, Kyle Eastwood and many others. Born in Racine, WI in 1969, Frahm attended the Mason Gross School for the Arts and earned his B.A. in Jazz Performance at Manhattan School of Music.
Marko Marcinko, a University of Miami graduate, joined Maynard Ferguson’s Big Bop Nouveau Band in 1996, touring the US, Europe, South America, Canada, Asia and recording for Concord Records. For 15 years Marko has been a member of the NEA Jazz Master Dave Liebman Group and The Dave Liebman Big Band with a multitude of awards and Grammy nominations The DLG has been recognized as one of the most innovative groups in jazz. Marko is also a master clinician/educator and adjunct professor at Penn State University, Marywood University and Keystone College. He is a Yamaha, Zildjian, Vic Firth and Aquarian Drum Heads endorser.
